Using PlaySta

Provide accurate organization and tournament details, keep your sign-in credentials private, and only submit information and documents you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate an organization or publish misleading or unlawful content.

Tournaments

Organizers are responsible for their event details, eligibility, venue arrangements, rules and participant communication. Contact the listed organizer about tournament entry, changes or cancellations. PlaySta verification indicates an organization review; it does not guarantee an event outcome.

Verification payments

The fee, one-time or subscription mode, subscription duration and refund policy are displayed before checkout. Payment does not guarantee approval. Verification requires document review by an administrator.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions use manual renewal payments. PlaySta does not automatically debit your bank account. Subscription validity starts when the application is approved; approved renewals extend the existing validity. Expired verification stops public tournament visibility until renewal is approved.

Refunds

The refund policy shown for your order at checkout applies to that order. Request a refund from the payment history in the organizer portal. Approved refunds are processed separately by support; a request or approval does not mean money has been transferred. Completed refunds revoke the associated verification entitlement.

Moderation

PlaySta may reject verification applications or remove event listings when information cannot be verified or violates these terms. Contact support to request review of a decision.
